Provides Exception classes that could be thrown in the Format Identification module

FileFormatNotFoundException	Define a File Format Exception to be thrown when the format identifier does not found the format of the file
FileFormatRejectedException	Define a File Format Exception to be thrown when the file format is not in white list (rejected)
FormatIdentifierBadRequestException	Define a File Format Exception to be thrown when the format identifier does not found the format of the file
FormatIdentifierFactoryException	Define a Format Identifier Configuration Not Found Exception to be thrown when the format identifier configuration cannot be found.
